HOLIDAY GIFTS OF LOVE BLOG HOP

Welcome to the Holiday Gifts of Love Blog Hop!!!

It's a Happy Holiday from your favorite Authors and Bloggers. While we know everyone celebrates a different way, we wanted to make sure that you guys knew how much we treasure you all. So from Dec 14th to Dec 17th, all 200 or so of us will be blogging about the holidays and what they mean to us. We may talk about our favorite holiday traditions, recipes, gifts, reads, heroes, and so much more. We want to hear about what you do for the holidays, what you read, and who you'll spend it with. We hope to see you here and happy hopping!

And while we do that, we are EACH doing a giveaway. Yep. There will be over 200 giveaways on each blog hosted by that Author or Blogger.

But that's not all....

We have THREE grand prizes. You as a reader can go to EACH blog and comment with your email address and be entered to win. Yep, you can enter over 200 times!

Now what are those prizes?

1st Grand Prize: A Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet
2nd Grand Prize: A $200 Amazon or B&N Gift Card
3rd Grand Prize: A Swag Pack that contains paperbacks, ebooks, 50+ bookmarks, cover flats, magnets, pens, coffee cozies, and more!
Everything but the swag prize is international.

What do the holidays mean to you? To me, it is family and especially for the little ones. Faith, peace and love all the way. I grew up in a large family and we'd get together with extended family during this time as well. Now that my mom and dad are no longer here, and my siblings are spread across the country, time is mainly spent with the immediate family. Since my daughter and her daughter (my granddaughter who is 8 years old), we concentrate our efforts on the little one. We have a nice breakfast and then later a hearty dinner. We deviated a couple years ago and took a trip to London, U.K. for a week and that was a blast, although a bit cold. Larrna, the little one, had a very memorable time and two years later still talks about the trip. Maybe one day will do something that extravagant again, but this year we'll spend another quiet time enjoying the day watching movies and eating good food.

Now for some fun! I'm giving away a PDF of each of my Christmas stories, one from last year and this year's. A Gift of Love and A Vampire's First Christmas can both be yours by commenting below and answering the following question:

What is one of your holiday traditions, if you have any?

Drawing will be by Random.com and announced the next day after the blog ends. Remember you can't be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing unless you commentSO PLEASE WRITE IN YOUR POST TO COMMENT WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!
Good luck and Happy Holidays!!!

  3. My favorite tradition is just our everyone (extended) family gets together longer than just a few minutes here and there. We laugh, eat, watch movies and open presents(adults drew names) and the kids get to open theirs from aunties and uncles.

  7. Our tradition is mostly that hubby and I get the ornaments out and put up the tree. The boys get to decorate it. We love sitting back and watch them flit around the tree hanging things here or there.
